Who Am I, and Why Should You Listen?

I’ve spent more than 15 years in the Norwegian Armed Forces and the police, where discipline, resilience, and leadership were part of everyday life. Today I work as a Head of Security, a role that demands responsibility, trust, and the ability to lead under pressure. I hold formal leadership training, have educated other leaders, and along the way I’ve completed a wide range of courses and certifications. In parallel, I’ve worked for over a decade as an instructor, coach, and personal trainer focused on weight loss – helping people change not only their bodies but also their mindset. These experiences taught me how powerful real transformation can be when you combine structured methods, practical training, and mental strength.

Confident Stature is the result of everything I’ve learned along the way. I don’t believe in tricks, quick fixes, or telling people to “just fake it.” What I teach is grounded in neuroscience, psychology, and the proven science of neuroplasticity. That means the changes aren’t temporary, they rewire the brain so confidence becomes natural and lasting. My approach is personal, straightforward, and built on decades of real-world leadership and coaching experience, and that’s why I know it works.

The Truth About Confidence & Why Hacks Always Fail

Most people try tricks, pickup lines, or body language hacks to look more confident. The problem is simple: low confidence always shines through. You might hide it for a few minutes, but it’s impossible to keep up for long. And honestly, do you really want to go through life pretending to be someone you’re not?

Think about it, if you force yourself to walk in a “confident” way because someone told you that’s the trick, your eyes, your face, your hands, even the way your fingers move will all reveal the truth. Others pick up on it instantly. The result? You don’t just look insecure - you look foolish. It’s often better to look like someone with low confidence than someone desperately faking it.
